Our Team
Baker Sheehy Considine is a three partner Audit and Accountancy firm based in Limerick city. This management team are qualified accountants and assisted by a team of support staff.
The firm deals with a wide range of business sectors and all aspects of accounts and taxation to provide sound financial advice for individuals and organisations. We believe in continual learning and all our staff receive comprehensive training in order to ensure that the firm is equipped to give this advice.

ENDA SHEEHY
ACA, CTA
Enda is a co-founder of the practice. Formerly a Director of Taxation and General Practice with BDO Simpson Xavier in Limerick where Enda worked for eleven years , he was then the only practice director in the Irish Offices, to hold a directorship in two separate areas of expertise.
A graduate of the Institute of Taxation of Ireland and a Chartered Taxation Advisor, Enda’s areas of special expertise encompass commercial, accounting and specialist taxation advice. Enda also was a student with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
VALERIE BAKER
ACCA, BBS
Valerie is a co-founder of Baker Sheehy Crowe Accountants. A Chartered Certified accountant by profession, she has extensive experience in all areas of accounts and tax. She held accountancy positions with a leading multinational and with a number of private accountancy practices.
An Honours Business Studies graduate from the University of Limerick, Valerie’s areas of expertise include assisting new businesses in start-up situations, providing specialist efficient services to established businesses and all aspects of accounts, audit, Revenue Commissioners compliance and business planning.
NIALL CONSIDINE
FCPA
Niall is the newest partner to the practice having replaced our late colleague Ken Crowe. Niall worked closely with Ken Crowe for 14 years since joining the firm in 2007.
Niall works very closely with his clients to assist them in the day to day running of their business and manages an extensive portfolio of clients of varying sizes across numerous business sectors from multinationals, wholesale, property development and commercial investment etc.
Niall is a Fellow of CPA Ireland and has extensive experience in all areas of, audit, accountancy services, business advisory and tax.
